Rinspeed Set to Unveil a Self Driving Sports Car at CES

Rinspeed has announced they will unveil a self-driving hybrid sports car that will come equipped with a drone that can film you as you drive around.  Now if they can make it so it can pick up a burger we’d be set for the future of automotive innovation.  After you are done taking drone-ified car selfies, the drone can then dock with the car.  The model is going to be based on a BMW i8, so basically they are just adding a self driving feature, a drone and calling it good.  But the real question is:  Why do we need a self-driving sports car?  Isn’t the point of a sports car enjoying driving it around?  I guess the ‘think tank’ didn’t think of that.  Anyway, you can see it at CES in Las Vegas this January.  Be sure to check it out!
